The photographs shown here are a portfolio of original work. Their presence online is an invitation to view the work and discuss a commission or licence. It is not a grant of permission to reuse the files.
Viewing, linking and reuse
You may view this website normally and share links to its pages. Ordinary browser caching needed to view a page is permitted. Reposting an image, embedding the image file on another site, using it on social media, printing it, distributing it or including it in advertising requires a written licence unless applicable law permits the use.
Credit alone does not authorize reuse. Do not remove copyright information or watermarks, claim authorship, resell or sublicense files, or make edits or derivative works outside the scope of an agreed licence.
Request an image licence
Email info@tbstudios.com with the image or page link and a brief description of your proposed use. Please include the publication or project, media, territory, duration, distribution or audience, and any intended alterations. TB Studios will confirm availability, permissions, fees and licence terms in writing.
Availability is assessed individually. A photograph may contain people, artwork, trademarks or private property requiring additional permissions for some uses. No model, property or other third-party release is promised simply because an image appears in the portfolio.
Commissioned photography
Image delivery and payment for a photography assignment do not by themselves transfer copyright. The written assignment agreement specifies the rights granted to the client, including the permitted media, territory, duration and any exclusivity. Other uses require an additional agreement.
Prints and future image sales
There is currently no online shop or self-service licensing checkout. Print and licensing enquiries are welcome by email. Ownership of a physical print does not include ownership of its copyright or a right to reproduce it. Any future sale will include its own stated terms.
Automated collection and AI use
No licence is granted through this website for bulk image harvesting, inclusion in training datasets, or training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence models on the photographs. Where permission is required by applicable law, obtain it in writing before those uses. Ordinary search discovery and linking to these pages do not grant a separate right to reproduce or train on the photographs.
Credits and rights enquiries
Unless an individual licence specifies a different credit, use “Photography: Tarek ElBaradie / TB Studios” when a credit is required. If you believe an image has been used without authorization, or you have a rights concern about material displayed here, send the relevant URLs and details to info@tbstudios.com.
